The 2022 holiday shopping season has begun, so today we’re bringing you all the details about the top ten best holiday markets in Middle TN! Throughout November and early December, independent artisans and farmers will bring their premium holiday goods, produce, and handmade delicious eats to indoor and outdoor shopping extravaganzas near you.


Christmas Village
500 Wedgewood Avenue | Nashville
November 11-13

Christmas Village is one of Nashville’s longest-running charitable events, having generated a total of $13.5 million since its opening in 1961. This year, the Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club will bring together over 260 vendors to serve 30,000 shoppers across four full days of holiday shopping and fun.

Visit this nationally famous consumer show and shop for gifts, seasonal items, and artisanal goods, including pottery, clothing, jewelry, food, collectibles, and unique items that make perfect gifts for the person in your life who has everything. 


Merry Market
160 W Franklin St | Gallatin
November 12

Merry Market Day is held each year at the Gallatin Farmers Market alongside Gallatin’s “Tinsel & Treasures” Holiday Merchant Open House. Open from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., Merry Market presents the final gifts from the fall harvest, artisan goods, and homemade crafts for anyone who is eager to begin their holiday shopping in a relaxed, smaller venue.


Home for the Holidays
1110 Charlie Daniels Parkway | Mt. Juliet
November 12

Since its opening ten years ago, Home for the Holidays has grown into Mt. Juliet’s largest holiday event showcasing local vendors. This year, bring the little ones for a complimentary visit and photos with Santa from 11 – 2, shop at booths run by over 75 vendors, and spend the day with your friends and neighbors. The first 250 adult shoppers will be gifted a swag bag, so arrive early for a chance to win!


Mistletoe Market
1729 Stop 30 Rd | Hendersonville
November 18

Each year, Mistletoe Market is presented by the General Federation of Women’s Club Hendersonville, one of the largest and oldest nondenominational, nonpartisan women’s service and volunteer organizations on the planet! This year, the event will feature 70 artisans, food vendors, and boutique popups, giveaways, and swag bags for the first 50 adult shoppers.


Made South Holiday Market
Liberty Hall at The Factory | Franklin
November 18-19

The 2022 Made South Holiday market will be held at Liberty Hall at The Factory and will feature goods and delicious eats from over 130 vendors. Meet chefs, distillers, artisans, and craftspeople, and enjoy food and drink while you shop.

You’ll find jewelry, baked goods, skin care essentials, candles, toys, eyeglasses, fine art, pottery, wooden gifts, home décor, axes, and clothing at the event Food & Wine Magazine declares this “the best holiday market in the state of Tennessee!”


Franklin Makers Market
1001 Westhaven Blvd | Franklin
November 19

Franklin Makers Market is held on Front Street in Westhaven, making this destination ideal for a leisurely day of festive shopping. Visit Santa, and shop the offerings of over 50 local vendors, including fine art, jewelry, artisan foods, handcrafted goods, and more. As you shop, local restaurants will be selling meals and cocktails at popups, so pick up all you need for a lakeside picnic on a gorgeous fall afternoon.


A Very Maury Christmas
101 N James Campbell Blvd | Columbia
November 19

A Very Maury Christmas returns for the 8th year with a list of vendors featuring both brand new and top favorite returning artisans, boutiques, and chefs. The festivities will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Factory at Columbia, with tickets to this event benefiting aMuse’um: A Children’s Museum.


Handmade Nashville Holiday Market
656 Colice Jeanne Rd | Nashville
November 26

Handmade Nashville Holiday Market is in its 7th year, and your favorite vendors are returning once again with offerings of handcrafted clothing, jewelry, accessories, stocking stuffers, and artisanal foods. Visit Red Caboose Park from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and arrive early for the chance to pick up a swag bag packed with goodies from the featured vendors.


Thompson’s Station Holiday Market

The gorgeous, rustic, and historic Homestead Manor is hosting Thompson’s Station Holiday Market on their sprawling front lawn. Visit to shop goods from local artisans, handcrafters, boutiques, small businesses, and more. When you’ve finished your shopping, we recommend picking up coffee at the on-site coffee shop, having lunch at the restaurant, and touring the extensive 48-acre grounds of this immaculate estate.


Shabby Lane Holiday Splendor
315 John Rice Boulevard #101 | Murfreesboro
December 10

Shabby Lane Holiday Splendor is celebrating its 9th year in Murfreesboro, and you’re invited! Shop with more than 80 artisans, small businesses, boutiques, bakers, and chefs from 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Admission is free, and the first 300 adult shoppers to arrive will be gifted a swag bag of small gifts and coupons. Browse and shop clothing, jewelry, home décor, stocking stuffers, toys, baked goods, gourmet chocolate, and more at Lane Agri-Park.
